LEINSTER MEDALS FOR TULLAMORE LADIES

The 41st Annual St Abban’s Road Racing Festival was held in Crettyard Co Laois on Sunday and the races also incorporated the Leinster Senior Road Championships. First into action were our ladies team racing over 5k and they were led home by Pauline Curley with Pauline Lambe in second place. With Deirdre Lambe in 5th place and Mary Daly in 6th place the gold medals for County and Club were secured.

6 – Mary Daly 20.42 2nd over 40

The men’s race was over 10k and in a good competitive field the club team finished in 6th place, led in by Catch Grennan 35.38, Johnny Feery 36.38, Luke Mitchell 39.15 and Ray Flanagen 44.33
